GHMC to smoothen Building construction permissions

GREATER HYDERABAD MUNICIPAL CORPORATION

In order to encourage building construction activities in the GHMC limits  and to smoothen the processes of sanction of Building construction permission, GHMC is going to introduce single challan system said the Commissioner here today.  

Further said the present building construction permission conditions will be relaxed and simplified by single challan system and efforts are being made that all building construction permissions would be sanctioned within stipulated time. Commissioner instructed to the Chief Ccity Planner GHMC to take steps in this direction and ensure that the single challan system be implemented from 15th January 2015.

On the representation of CREDA members to reconsider for restructure the property system and to allow them to pay through on line by filing self assessment proposals for which Commissioner assured their request will be considered positively.
