Chief Minister Sri N. Chandrababu Naidu extended his wishes on the eve of Makara Sankranti.

Marking the dawn of new era of leadership in the new state of Andhra Pradesh, Chief Minister Sri N. Chandrababu Naidu extended his wishes on the eve of Makara Sankranti.

Stating that this Sankranti should be memorable for every Telugu person in the new state, the Chief Minister said “I hope this festival of harvest brings you happiness.”

He hoped that the festival brings prosperity and new opportunities and gives everyone the strength to work towards building a state of every Telugu’s person’s dreams.

“I hope you celebrate this festival with fervour and Gaiety, with rays of joy and hope with your family members and well wishers,” he said.

Earlier in the day, the Chief Minister and the Singapore delegation led by Trade & Industry Minister S. Iswaran visited Kailasagiri Hill and participated in Sankranti celebrations.

Later, the Chief Minister also met industrialists and investors in Visakhapatnam and unveiled his grand vision for Andhra Pradesh. 

He also briefed investors about Singapore preparing the master plan for the capital city. He appealed to investors to work on attracting investments to the state.
