Ahead of the Diwali  festival the Andhra Pradesh Government has  issued an advisory on the ill effects of  fire works  and  encourage restraint  or responsible  use . 

Following a set of guidelines issued by the supreme court on the  ill effects of fire cracker bursting during the Diwali  festival the Government has  directed  district collectors  to give wide publicity  on the issue through electronic and print media  . 
The government has also taken note of the supreme court  direction  that  the school teachers  should also spread awareness by instructing  students  on  ill effects of fire works and also encourage restraint or responsible use . 

The advisory by the government has cautioned the citizens that  ill effects of fire crackers would impat on  air pollution ,noise pollution, health hazards, led to huge dry waste in locality that could trigger fire accidents  . 
The government has also directed the District administrations to give wide publicity to the Do’s and Dont’s of  Fire crackers and there by caution the citizens ill effects of fire crackers   and to use restraint on its use. 

It said besides air pollution and noise pollution  and soil pollution, fire crackers bursing also caused temporary deafness, permanent Eardrum rupture, trauma and hypertension among aged persons, lactating mothers infants and among new-born babies. Relase of poisonous gases  during fire works  also caused  fever, Skin irritation, vomiting,  Fireworks also had strong and ill effects on lungs, , heart, asthma and bronchitis and also caused insomnia , it cautioned
